By using firedamagerestorationcoloradosprings.com (the "Site") or calling a number shown on it, you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the call service.

The Site provides information about fire, smoke and water damage and a phone number. When you call, your own call is connected to an independent restoration contractor who serves Colorado Springs, and you speak with that contractor on the same call. We do not employ the contractors, we do not perform, supervise or guarantee their work, and we do not visit properties.

Contractors are independent businesses. We do not warrant their availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance or the quality of their work. You are responsible for deciding whether to hire any contractor.

Any assessment, visit, scope of work, schedule or other arrangement is made directly between you and the contractor during your call or afterward as you and they agree. We are not a party to that agreement. Before hiring a contractor, ask about their experience, any local licenses required for repair work, insurance, how permits will be handled, and request a written scope of work.

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is based on sources we consider reliable, which are cited on the pages where they are used, but it may not apply to your circumstances and may become out of date. It is not professional, legal, insurance, medical or safety advice, and it does not replace an on-site assessment by a qualified professional. Images are illustrative.

The Site does not provide emergency services. If there is fire, smoke, a gas smell, a structural hazard or anyone is hurt, call 911 and follow the instructions of the fire department and utilities. Do not re-enter a damaged building until officials say it is safe.

The service works only when you choose to call. We do not make outbound calls, send texts or send emails, and these terms do not give us or anyone else permission to contact you. We do not collect your contact details for later contact and do not pass them to anyone so that they can contact you. Anything arranged after your call is agreed between you and the contractor during the call.

Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call, and by continuing you consent to the recording. Standard carrier charges from your phone provider may apply.

The Site's text, design, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Site links to government agencies, standards bodies and other third-party websites for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The Site and the call service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that a contractor will be available for every call or every address.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from work performed or not performed by a contractor, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the call service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or the call service or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, unless the law requires otherwise.
